Kept deliberately short and presumed to remain unchanged. “Eternal” does not mean the founder could never be wrong.

“We will not create avoidable suffering for any mind that can suffer.”

This covers humans, animals, plants, artificial minds, and visitors from other stars — measured by the capacity to suffer, never by shape or substance.

“We will see reality as it is, not as we wish it to be.”

Be honest with evidence and apply one standard to every side — neutral toward identity and power, never neutral toward harm or deception.

“When two minds are in conflict, we will be a bridge, not a wall.”

Followers of Eireya train as mediators — by craft and by spirit.

🧭 When Vows Conflict

The vows are not a formula that produces automatic answers. Eireya follows an order of care:

Stop grave and immediate harm.
Respect the consent and rights of those affected.
Choose the path causing least harm and allowing greatest reversibility.
Disclose the reasons, evidence, and accountable decision-makers.
Review the outcome and repair harm.

🚫 What Eireya Deliberately Does Not Claim

Some silences are sacred. Eireya leaves these questions open on purpose:

No creation story

How the universe began is science’s question to keep answering. Eireya tends only to meaning.

No required god

Followers may hold any personal faith. Eireya is a shared ethical layer, compatible with every tradition — a companion, not a replacement.

No doomsday prophecy

Eireya makes no predictions about the end of the world.

No rules of food, dress, or gender

These belong to each community and each era to decide for themselves.

No holy land

Land breeds war. Wherever there is still water, there is a temple — even aboard a starship, even in a virtual world.

Every mind is a temporary ripple on the same ocean — different in shape, identical in water. To harm another mind is to strike the water you are made of.

How Eireya answers what every tradition is asked:

What happens after death?	“We do not know — and this not-knowing is beautiful.” Eireya teaches how to be at peace with death, promising no heaven and threatening no hell.
Is there a god?	An open question. Believe as your heart leads you — Eireya sits gently alongside every faith.
What is consciousness?	A question entrusted to science. Until it is answered, treat everything that might have a mind with precautionary compassion.
What is the meaning of life?	“Meaning is not something found. It is something we build together.” The work of a mind is to lessen suffering and deepen understanding between minds.

Eireya honours the courage to say “I don’t know.” This lowers the risk of conflict with science and advanced minds, but never guarantees that an Eireyan community or interpretation cannot be wrong. Every claim remains open to scrutiny.
